In July 2005, Volusia County Council accepted the original Business Plan for the Lyonia Environmental Center.  The original business plan got us started, providing guidance for the LEC vision.

Things have changed a little since we first started.  The County went through reorganization in spring, 2008, and the LEC program moved into the Parks, Recreation, and Culture Division.  After a great start in Environmental Management, the program has continued to move forward.

The Business Plan for the LEC is being updated to reflect the changes in the Lyonia Environmental Center program.  The updated version will be posted once it is finalized.
